行いました。イベントには、11か国から16名の方が参加しました。
快晴、気温22度の絶好のお花見日和でした。
We held "Enjoy Cherry Blossoms Together -Ohanami-" event on May 3 at Maruyama Park, where was very famous for cherry blossoms.
16 participants from 11 countries joined the event.
It was bright and clear and the temperature was 22℃.
円山公園は、ジンギスカン、バーベキューをする人たちで混んでいました！
Only the time of blooming cherry blossoms, you can do BBQ at the park,
so it was very,very crowded with people who enjoyed BBQ!
円山公園を通り、北海道神宮第二鳥居へ歩きました。
こちらでは、参道の中央は神様の通り道なので、脇を歩くことを説明しました。
We walked through the park and went up to The Hokkaido Shrine.
We explained the participants that the approach to the hall of worship.
The center is considered as the special approach for deities,
so we walked keeping off the center.
Ezo-yama-zakura (Yezo mountain cherry blossoms) bloomed beautifully.
We walked telling about the various types of cherry blossoms such as Ezo-yama-zakura, Somei-yoshino, and so on.

公園内を一周したあと、レジャーシートを敷いて、お菓子や飲み物を食べながら、
外国人同士も国際交流。
After walking around the park, we had some rest having snacks and drink.
Some participants had changed e-mail address one another.
最後は、円山公園の標本木をバックに記念撮影。
今朝マレーシアから新千歳空港に到着して、円山公園に直行したシンガポールの方も桜を初めて見たと、喜んでいました。

A Singaporean woman, who just arrived at Chitose Air Port this moring and directly joined the event really enjoyed her first Ohanami.
